What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

GUESS Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and GUESS GIFT CARDS. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GUESS?, Inc. reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. International forms of payment are not accepted for domestic orders.

Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing, and note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra charge to you. For consumer protection,all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control. Under any circumstance, GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Second Day and Next Day shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.

If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1-877-GUESSFACTORY (1-877-483-7732).

How do I track my order?

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the carrier. You can track the progress of your package(s) Order Tracking.

Can I purchase or redeem a GUESS Factory gift card online?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support the online sale of gift cards to Canadian customers. However, gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the gift card and PIN numbers during checkout. You can also purchase and redeem gift cards in our GUESS?, Inc. stores.
